We are looking for a RMA Engineer with experience in power electronics to investigate product failures, perform root cause analysis, and support continuous product quality improvement for SMPS products.

Key Responsibilities
Analyse returned SMPS units and identify failure causes.
Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, and functional verification.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend CAPA.
Prepare Failure Analysis (FA) and RMA reports.
Verify repaired units through functional, burn-in, load regulation, ripple, efficiency, and Hi-Pot testing.
Support customer complaint investigations and analyse failure trends.
Collaborate with Design, Production, Quality, and Customer Support teams.

Requirements
Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics troubleshooting or repair.




Robust knowledge of SMPS topologies (Flyback & Forward).
Ability to read schematics and PCB layouts.
Valuable understanding of power electronics, IPC standards, and ESD practices.
