Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems to ensure that all products meet customer specifications, industry standards, and company quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control team.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality management systems and procedures.




Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, customer specifications, and statutory requirements.
Monitor incoming raw materials, in-process inspections, and final product inspections.
Review fabrication drawings, welding procedures, inspection reports, and quality documentation.
Ensure compliance with welding quality standards and inspection requirements.
Coordinate third-party inspections and customer quality audits.
Conduct internal quality audits and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures.
Monitor Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure timely closure.
Prepare and maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, material traceability records, and quality documentation.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Design, Projects, and Dispatch teams to ensure quality compliance.
