Promote the company's pharmaceutical products and explain their key features and benefits.
Generate current business leads and maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers.
Take product inquiries, record customer requirements, and coordinate with the sales team for order processing.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, call reports, and follow-up schedules.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers through professional communication.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely customer support and order fulfillment.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its products (preferred).
Robust customer handling and relationship management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Positive attitude with strong follow-up skills.
