Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and experienced Personal Driver to provide safe, timely, and effective transportation for the Director. The ideal candidate should have excellent driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
Safely transport the Director to meetings, office, residence, airport, and other destinations as required.
Ensure punctuality and plan routes to avoid traffic delays.
Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent condition, including regular cleaning, servicing, and inspections.
Monitor fuel levels, insurance, registration, pollution certificate, and other vehicle documentation to ensure they are always up to date.
Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs when necessary.
Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Maintain confidentiality regarding the Director's schedules, conversations, and personal information.
Be available for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, or outstation travel when required.




Assist with loading/unloading luggage, documents, or other items as needed.
Keep accurate records of travel, fuel consumption, maintenance, and expenses.

Requirements
Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a personal or executive driver.
Good knowledge of local routes, highways, and traffic regulations.
Ability to use GPS navigation and route planning applications.
Well-groomed, courteous, and skilled demeanor.
Trustworthy, punctual, and disciplined.
Physically fit and able to work flexible schedule.
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.
No criminal record or history of major traffic violations.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience driving luxury or executive vehicles.
Defensive driving certification (preferred).
Familiarity with airport procedures and VIP transportation.
