Objectives of the Role
Meet and exceed pharmaceutical sales targets within assigned territories
Promote the company’s products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff
Act as a brand ambassador to increase awareness, trust, and visibility of the company’s medical solutions
Strengthen existing customer relationships while acquiring recent clients in our products.

Key Responsibilities




Schedule regular visits with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital decision-makers to promote company products
Explain product features in a simplified way
Give Demo of our product and marketing materials
Conduct presentations, one-on-ones, and group meetings with key healthcare professionals
Organize and participate in medical conferences, camps, workshops, and promotional events
Track prescriptions and analyze market feedback for continuous improvement
Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to gain a competitive edge
Submit daily/weekly reports detailing visit outcomes, pharmacy visit, and pending follow-ups
Stay up to date on product innovations, industry developments, and market trends

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field
Prior experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role preferred
