Business Development Manager (Ex-Navy Officer) only

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business opportunities in the marine, defence, offshore, and industrial sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with the Indian Navy, Coast Guard, shipyards, and corporate clients.
Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close business deals.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely project execution.
Achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
Monitor market trends and identify recent business prospects.
Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.

Requirements
Retired/Ex Indian Navy Officer.
Robust communication, leadership,



and negotiation skills.
Experience in business development, defence, marine, or industrial sectors preferred.
Knowledge of government tendering and procurement processes is an advantage.
Willingness to travel for business meetings.

Preferred Skills
Excellent networking and relationship management.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Results-oriented with strong business acumen.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
