Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Shopify and should be capable of managing day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Shopify website (mandatory).
Upload and optimize product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images.
Monitor inventory, order processing, returns, and customer queries.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer support teams.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
Track website performance, sales, and conversion metrics.
Optimize product pages for SEO and improve user experience.
Work with marketing teams on Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media campaigns.




Analyze sales reports and recommend strategies to increase revenue.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Shopify (Mandatory).
Knowledge of product catalog management and inventory control.
Experience with online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, or Myntra is an advantage.
Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing.
Solid Excel and reporting skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations.

Preferred: Candidates from the jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury retail industry.

Pay: ₹9,782.11 - ₹25,000.00 per month
