Key Responsibilities
Design and develop architectural plans for manufacturing plants, warehouses, office buildings, and commercial facilities.
Coordinate with production, engineering, quality, safety, and project teams to ensure facility designs support operational requirements.
Prepare concept designs, detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
Ensure compliance with building regulations, fire and safety standards, environmental guidelines, and industrial facility requirements.
Manage architectural aspects of recent facility construction, expansions, renovations, and modernization projects.
Collaborate with structural, civil, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC consultants.
Review contractor submissions, monitor project execution,



and conduct site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to approved designs.
Optimize facility layouts to improve workflow, employee safety, storage efficiency, and operational productivity.
Support sustainability initiatives through energy-effective and environmentally responsible design practices.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
