Full Job Description

Angroos Gifts Boutique is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Enquiry Management Executive to handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and convert enquiries into successful orders. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, website, Instagram, Facebook, and walk-in customers.
Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gift hampers and gifting solutions.
Explain product features, customization options, pricing, branding options, and delivery timelines.
Prepare and share quotations with customers.
Follow up regularly to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers.




Maintain accurate enquiry records and customer databases.
Coordinate with the sales, design, production, accounts, packing, and delivery teams.
Provide customers with regular updates regarding their orders.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
Assist with showroom customer enquiries whenever required.
Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Basic Hindi communication is an added advantage.
Solid customer service, communication, and follow-up skills.
Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer applications.
Experience in customer service, telecalling, enquiry management, front office, retail, or sales is preferred.
