Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Portfolio Business Manager
to lead business development, portfolio management, and team performance within the assigned cluster. The role is responsible for driving MSME/LAP business growth, managing customer relationships, ensuring portfolio quality, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for seamless loan processing and servicing.

Qualification
Minimum Graduate.

Experience
5–7 years of relevant experience in Banking/NBFC/BFSI.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a leadership role.
Preferred experience in Business Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP),& Housing Loans.

Key Skills
Strong sales, business development, and portfolio management capabilities.
Sound understanding of MSME lending, mortgage products, and credit assessment.
Knowledge of property documentation, legal and technical processes, EMI calculations, and financial analysis.
Excellent leadership, team management, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.




Familiarity with the local market and business environment.
Proficiency in Hindi and English.
Computer proficiency and willingness to travel extensively.

Business Development
Drive business growth by achieving assigned sales and portfolio targets.
Identify recent business prospects and expand market presence through field marketing and customer acquisition initiatives.
Build and strengthen relationships with recent and existing customers.

Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Conduct regular training sessions on sales processes, products, and incentive programs.
Support team members through joint customer visits and field guidance.

Portfolio Management
Monitor portfolio quality and coordinate with Collections to ensure healthy portfolio performance.
