Job Purpose

The HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing all Human Resource functions at Hugcare Health Pvt. Ltd., including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR operations, policy implementation, compliance, and organizational culture. The HR Manager will ensure that Hugcare attracts, develops, and retains talented professionals while fostering a positive, ethical, and high-performance work workplace.

Key Duties & Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Conduct HR interviews and participate in final selection.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Employee Onboarding & Induction
Manage employee joining formalities.
Conduct orientation and induction programs for current employees.
Prepare appointment letters,



employment contracts, and HR documentation.
Ensure smooth onboarding and integration into the organization.
Performance Management
Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
Monitor employee performance and probation reviews.
Coordinate annual and periodic performance evaluations.
Recommend promotions, confirmations, training, or disciplinary actions based on performance.
Employee Relations
Foster a positive and qualified workplace culture.
Address employee concerns and grievances fairly and confidentially.
Promote employee engagement and job satisfaction.
Conduct employee counselling and conflict resolution where appropriate.
Training & Development
Identify employee training needs.
Organize internal and external training programs.
Coordinate orientation, leadership, and skill development initiatives.
Monitor employee learning and development progress.
