Stall Operations
Set up and dismantle promotional stalls.
Arrange products professionally.
Maintain attractive product displays.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
Maintain stock at stall.
Handle cash and digital payments.
Prepare daily sales report.
Maintain inventory register.
Report damaged products.
Sales Responsibilities
Demonstrate products to customers.
Explain health perks.
Conduct product sampling wherever permitted.
Convert visitors into customers.
Upsell and cross-sell products.
Generate repeat customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Promote combo offers.
Customer Relationship
Collect customer feedback.
Maintain customer database.
Encourage WhatsApp orders.
Promote social media pages.
Build long-term customer relationships.
Marketing Responsibilities

Distribute pamphlets.

Desired Candidate Profile
12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree.
Positive communication skills in Tamil.
Basic English is an advantage.
Sales experience preferred.

Able to lift and arrange stall materials.
Smart, disciplined, and customer-oriented.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
