Job Title: Social Media Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for social media strategy, content writing, post creation, audience engagement, and performance analysis to strengthen brand awareness and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
Create engaging content including captions, blogs, reels, stories, and promotional posts
Design and create social media posts, banners, and creatives using tools like Canva
Manage and maintain social media accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
Write compelling content and captions tailored to target audiences
Plan monthly content calendars and posting schedules
Create reels, short videos, and visual content for campaigns




Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
Run advertising campaigns and boost posts when required
Analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools
Stay updated with latest social media trends, hashtags, and digital marketing practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
Robust copywriting and communication skills
Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and CapCut
Basic video editing and graphic design knowledge
Creativity, trend awareness, and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
