Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers through calls, messages, emails, and other channels.
Generate recent leads and convert them into successful sales.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Follow up with leads and customers regularly to close sales.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
Prepare and share regular sales reports with the management.
Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth customer service and order processing.
Stay updated on products,



services, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or a related field.
Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality.
Must have a personal two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and a valid driving license.
Willingness to travel locally for client visits and sales activities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
