Hiring: Business Development Executive – Industrial EPC Projects

, an NSE-listed EPC company, is looking for an energetic and result-oriented
Business Development Executive
to support the growth of our Industrial Piping, Fire Protection Systems, Tank Farms, Cross-Country Pipelines, and Green Energy businesses.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial sectors.
Build relationships with consultants, PMC firms, EPC contractors, and industrial clients.
Track upcoming projects and expansion plans in process industries, manufacturing, infrastructure, and renewable energy.
Generate enquiries and coordinate with the Company's engineering and proposal teams for submission of techno-commercial offers.
Follow up with customers, participate in technical and commercial discussions, and support order finalization.
Maintain robust relationships with project teams, procurement departments, consultants, and key decision-makers.

Desired Profile




Engineering graduate in
Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering
.
3–8 years of experience
in business development, marketing, estimation, proposals, or project execution in the EPC or industrial projects sector.
Positive understanding of industrial piping, fire protection systems, tank farms, utility systems, or process plants.
Existing relationships with consultants, project teams, or procurement specialists will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and business development.
