Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, a target-oriented approach, and the ability to build solid client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:




Generate and qualify leads through various channels including references, digital platforms, walk-ins, and outbound calling.
Conduct presentations and explain project features, pricing, and investment advantages to clients.
Schedule and attend client meetings to understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
Organize and conduct property/site visits for prospective buyers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers to drive conversions.
Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Update CRM with accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and closures.
Coordinate with internal departments for documentation, booking, and customer support.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.
