Core Purpose
To teach Sanskrit to middle school students with clarity and consistency, strengthen their language skills, and support their academic development as per CBSE standards.

Key Responsibilities
Teach Sanskrit to middle school students following the CBSE curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and activities that help students understand grammar, vocabulary, literature, and comprehension.
Build student interest in the language through storytelling, recitation, projects, and interactive learning.
Evaluate student work, maintain academic records, and share feedback that helps them improve.
Support students in exam preparation, language competitions, and subject enrichment tasks.
Identify learning challenges and offer additional help when required.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a learning environment where students feel confident to participate.
Take part in school events, departmental meetings, training sessions, and academic planning.





Qualification & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sanskrit or a related discipline.
BEd as per CBSE norms.
Strong command over Sanskrit grammar, literature, and teaching methodologies.
Valuable communication skills, classroom management ability, and student engagement skills.
Comfort with digital tools and assessment practices aligned with CBSE.
