HR Generalist Responsibilities
Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and systems across the plant.
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Support performance management and talent review processes.
Drive manpower planning and workforce optimization initiatives.
Maintain HR records, employee database, and HR MIS reports.
Training & Development
Identify training needs through competency mapping and performance analysis.
Develop and execute annual training calendars for employees and workmen.
Coordinate technical, behavioral, leadership, and compliance training programs.
Monitor training effectiveness and evaluate ROI of learning initiatives.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building




Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
Drive employee welfare activities, reward & recognition programs, and communication forums.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement action plans.
Organize cultural events, health camps, celebrations, and CSR activities.
Promote organizational values and positive workplace culture.
Contract Labour Management
Manage contract workforce deployment as per business requirements.
Ensure compliance with Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act and other applicable labour laws.
Verify contractor documentation, licenses, wage records, PF, ESI, and statutory compliances.
Conduct regular contractor audits and compliance reviews.
Coordinate with contractors for workforce planning and productivity improvement.
Industrial Relations & Employee Relations
Maintain harmonious industrial relations and a positive work workplace.
