Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their shopping needs.
Recommend suitable products and explain features, perks, and pricing.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and organised.
Handle billing, cash/card/UPI transactions, and issue invoices accurately.
Monitor stock levels, replenish shelves, and report low inventory.
Assist with receiving, tagging, and arranging recent merchandise.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Build solid customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
Follow company policies and support promotional campaigns and store events.
