Handle statutory approvals and liaisoning with government authorities.
Coordinate with PMC/PCMC, PMRDA, Fire, Airport, and other departments.
Ensure timely approvals, NOCs, CC, and OC.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams.
Ensure compliance with DCR, RERA, and building regulations.
Requirements:
5 to 8 years of liaisoning experience in the real estate industry.
Valuable knowledge of statutory approval processes and local authorities.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
