The Office Boy is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, supporting office staff, handling basic administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises (workstations, pantry, washrooms, meeting rooms, etc.)
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Handle office errands such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery
Assist in loading/unloading and shifting office materials when required
Collect and distribute couriers, parcels, and official documents
Ensure availability of pantry and office supplies (tea, coffee, stationery, etc.)
Support staff with minor tasks as instructed by management
Open and close the office as per schedule
Maintain records of incoming and outgoing items if required
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum education: 8th / 10th pass
Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not mandatory
Basic understanding of office work and cleanliness standards
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
Skills & Competencies:
Punctual and disciplined
Honest and trustworthy
Good communication and polite behavior
Ability to follow instructions
Basic time management skills
