About the Role

As a Senior Manager AIOps Transformation Lead, you will lead the design, delivery, and operationalization of enterprise-grade AI solutions that bring together Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI Operations (AIOps) practices.

You will act as a strategic advisor and delivery leader,



ensuring AI solutions are scalable, secure, observable, and tightly aligned with business outcomes. The role blends solution architecture, product thinking, and AI operations excellence to drive measurable value for PwC clients.

As part of the PwC Acceleration Centers, you will lead large-scale GenAI and AIOps engagements across industries, operationalize AI systems using up-to-date LLM, multi-agent, and cloud ecosystems, establish AI engineering and AIOps best practices for enterprise adoption, and partner with global teams to deliver high-impact, creative solutions.
