Job Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for managing and executing corporate action activities for listed and unlisted entities, including IPOs, Rights Issues, InvITs, ESOPs, Bonus Issues, Private Placements, and other capital market transactions. The role requires close coordination with Lead Managers, Issuers, Stock Exchanges, Depositories, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely execution of corporate actions while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

IPO / Rights Issue / InvIT Operations
Prepare and verify the Basis of Allotment for IPOs, Rights Issues, and InvITs.
Support documentation, validation, and approval processes for finalization of the Basis of Allotment.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in allotment-related activities.
Assist in post-issue activities and investor allotment processes.

Corporate Actions Execution




Execute corporate actions related to:
Initial Public Offerings (IPOs)
Rights Entitlements (RE)
Rights Issues
InvITs
Private Placements
Bonus Issues
ESOP Allotments
Conversion of Securities
Sub-division/Stock Splits
Ensure smooth processing from allotment through successful credit of securities to investors.

Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with Lead Managers, Issuers, Merchant Bankers, and Stock Exchanges for obtaining approvals and completing regulatory requirements.
Liaise with Depositories (NSDL/CDSL) for seamless execution of corporate actions.
Work closely with internal teams to meet strict turnaround timelines.

Compliance & Regulatory Requirements
Ensure adherence to SEBI, Stock Exchange, Depository, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to issue management and corporate actions.
