We are seeking a proactive, organized, and creative Office Administrator & Social Media Coordinator to manage daily office operations while supporting the company's online presence. This role requires robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage our brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
OFFICE Admin
Maintain organized filing systems.
Handle correspondence and check emails.
Manage stationery and office supplies.
Handle phone calls and inquiries.
NGO Administration
Maintain organized records of all Trust documents.
Plan events/programs.
Keep volunteer information up to date.
Build and maintain a donor database.
Gather information on CSR companies.
Social Media
Facebook: 3 posts per week.
Instagram: 4 posts per week.
Reels: 2 per week.
Stories: Daily.
YouTube Shorts: 1 per week.
Archive event photos and videos.
Respond to comments and messages.
Event Coordination
Registration for training sessions.
Participant lists.
Attendance tracking.
Feedback forms.
Certificate preparation.
Ensure no office files go missing.
Monthly targets:16 Instagram Posts, 12 Facebook Posts, 8 Reels, 30 Stories for every event:
Photos
Videos
Reports
Update donor database monthly.
Efforts to increase social media followers.
