Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the hostel, maintaining a clean and organized workplace.
Oversee daily activities such as meal planning, laundry services, and maintenance tasks.
Provide guidance and support to students on academic matters, personal issues, or any other concerns they may have.
Develop solid relationships with parents/guardians through regular communication and updates on student progress.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior reports, and other relevant documents.
