Role Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Quality Manager to support quality control and assurance across production and inspection processes. The role will help ensure products and processes meet required standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain quality standards across operations.
Conduct inspections, checks, and quality documentation.
Identify defects, report issues, and support corrective actions.
Coordinate with production and other teams to improve process quality.
Maintain records, reports, and compliance documentation.
Requirements:
Relevant engineering assembly and manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience in quality control or quality assurance is an advantage.
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
