Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a
holistic social media strategy
aligned with brand objectives, campaign calendars, and target audience behavior.
Translate broader marketing goals into
platform-specific plans
across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook, and emerging channels like Threads or Pinterest.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to
create monthly/weekly content calendars
, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and brand tone.

Content & Community Management
Guide the ideation and creation of
compelling, platform-native content
(static, video, interactive).
Ensure
real-time engagement
with audiences and community management that’s responsive and consistent.
Monitor conversations, brand mentions, and trends to identify
moment marketing
opportunities.

Analytics & Performance Tracking
Own the
reporting and performance analysis
of all social media platforms using native tools and third-party analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Insights, Semrush, Google Analytics).
Set explicit




KPIs for organic growth
, engagement, reach, and conversions, and continuously optimize efforts based on data.
Create weekly/monthly dashboards and share insights with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Platform Expertise & Innovation
Stay updated with
algorithm changes, new platform features, and emerging formats
; experiment with creative approaches to maximize visibility and engagement.
Propose current tools or technologies that can enhance performance, scheduling, or listening.

Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor a team of social media executives, and interns.
Facilitate internal reviews, training, and performance check-ins to ensure a
high-performance culture
