Monitor workforce productivity and allocate tasks efficiently.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor machine performance and report maintenance requirements promptly.
Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
Maintain production records, shift reports, and inventory updates.
Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
Train, guide, and evaluate shop floor employees to maintain operational efficiency.
Address production issues promptly and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
