Experience: 6 months – 1 year (prior IT/software services industry experience is mandatory)

Requirements:
Cold calling experience is a must
Hindi speaking proficiency will be a robust plus
Prior experience in an IT/software development company preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through online research, networking, cold calling, and other outreach channels.
Client Outreach: Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective clients, clearly communicating our software development services and solutions.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Market Research: Track industry trends and identify recent business prospects within the IT/software space.
Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
CRM Management: Keep CRM records accurate, detailed, and up to date.
Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing and product/tech teams to align on strategies and campaigns that drive qualified leads and conversions.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
