Role Description
Business Development Executive (Commission-Based | Remote)
NibbleX is looking for motivated and ambitious Business Development Executives to help expand our client network by identifying businesses that require software development and digital services.
This is a
100% remote, commission-based opportunity
ideal for individuals with strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads, connect with potential clients, schedule meetings, and help convert opportunities into successful projects.
You can generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, WhatsApp, networking, referrals, social media, or any other effective method.
For every successful project closed through your referral, you'll earn a commission ranging from 10% to 20%, depending on the project size and complexity. High-value software projects mean higher commissions, and there is no upper limit on your earning potential. The more clients you bring, the more you earn.
