We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and experienced Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and ensure smooth business functioning. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage teams efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the team to achieve organizational goals.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
Ensure high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
Coordinate with management regarding daily activities and business requirements.
Prepare reports and maintain operational records.
Resolve employee and customer concerns professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Monitor inventory, supplies, and overall workplace maintenance.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Positive attitude with excellent organizational skills.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
