To deliver this work with a quick turnaround, we are looking to grow our team.

We want engineers who like to get into the depth of how hardware is designed, manufactured, and costed. If you enjoy taking a product apart, on paper or physically, and figuring out what it should really cost to build, this role is for you.

We are open to both freshers and experienced professionals.

Who we are looking for

We have two tracks, and you can fit into either one based on your background.

Track 1: Mechatronics Engineer (Sensors and Integration)
Positive understanding of sensors, MEMS, camera modules, VCM, optics, and multi-subsystem integration
Interest in how electro-mechanical and optical parts come together in a product
Comfortable reading specs, drawings, and teardown information

Track 2: Electrical Engineer (PCB Design)
Solid knowledge of PCB design, including flex PCBs, rigid PCBs,



and interconnects
Comfortable reading Gerber files, BOMs, and component specification sheets
Understanding of SMT assembly, layer count, and component-level cost drivers

What you will be doing
Building zero-based, bottom-up cost models from scratch
Breaking down material, machine, process, and margin costs for each component
Benchmarking market prices using multiple sources
Preparing clear, defensible reports that highlight cost drivers and negotiation leverage
Documenting every assumption with traceable sources

What will help you stand out
Exposure to CAD viewing tools and Gerber viewing tools such as CAM350 and GC-Prevue
A curious, detail-oriented mindset and the confidence to defend your findings with facts
Robust Excel and structured thinking
Fresh graduates from Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, or related branches with solid fundamentals and a willingness to learn are welcome t
