Role & responsibilities
Prepare architectural 2D drawings, 3D models, elevations, and construction drawings.
Develop conceptual, detailed, and working drawings as per client requirements.
Prepare BOQs, layouts, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
Coordinate with clients, project managers, site engineers, and consultants.
Handle project execution from design development to final submission.
Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and standards.
Revise drawings based on client feedback and site requirements.
Manage work orders received from MNC companies and corporate clients.
Conduct site visits and provide technical support during project execution.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design.
24 years of experience in architectural and construction design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp,



Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar design software.
Experience in preparing architectural plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualisations.
Knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and project coordination.
Solid communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience handling projects for MNC clients is preferred.
