About Sutra Interio

Sutra Interio is a premium interior design and turnkey execution company delivering elegant, functional, and high-quality residential and commercial interiors. We are expanding our sales team and are looking for a proactive Sales Executive who can convert qualified leads into successful projects.

Note: This is not a cold-calling or lead-generation role. Qualified leads will be provided by our digital marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
Contact and engage with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
Understand client requirements through phone calls and virtual discussions.
Follow up consistently with prospective clients until closure.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and the design team.
Build robust relationships with prospects throughout the sales process.




Work closely with designers and management to prepare clients for project discussions.
Guide clients from the initial inquiry through quotation discussions and contract signing.
Maintain accurate records of lead status, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Achieve monthly targets for site visits, conversions, and signed contracts.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in:
Interior Design
Modular Furniture
Home Renovation
Real Estate
Architecture
Construction or related industries
Candidates with prior experience in the interior design industry will be given preference.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali (spoken and written).
Robust follow-up and client management abilities.
Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Work
