LeanHyphen delivers 21st century skills programmes inside the school day for students from UKG to Class 10, across 24+ partner schools in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
The role
We're running a city-wide Financial Literacy Week this September across around 20 schools, reaching roughly 1,900 students, ending with a citywide showcase event. We need a coordinator to own ground execution from start to finish. This is the person who makes the event actually happen on the ground.
This is a 2-month contract (extendable to 3), starting immediately.
What you'll do
Onboard participating schools, secure written confirmations, and lock timetable slots
Be the named point of contact for every participating school
Coordinate printing and delivery of student kits and teacher packs to all schools ahead of schedule
Schedule and run teacher orientation sessions
Visit schools daily through the recruitment period and the event week
Manage vendors and venue logistics for the showcase: AV, seating, printing, refreshments, photography
Brief and manage volunteers on showcase day
Run guest registration at the event
Complete follow-up with every school and guest within 48 hours
What we're looking for
Experience coordinating events across multiple venues or institutions, not a single-hall function
Own transport and genuine willingness to be at several schools in one day
Confidence dealing with school principals and administrators
Solid tracking and documentation discipline, comfortable managing detail in spreadsheets
Fluency in Telugu and English
Full availability through mid-September with no competing commitments
Nice to have
Prior experience in the education sector
Vendor negotiation experience
Compensation
Rs 25,000–35,000 per month.
To apply
Tell us, in one paragraph, about the largest event you've personally coordinated: how many venues, how many people, and one problem you had to solve during execution.
