About the Role

Surendra Group is looking for an experienced Procurement & Store Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in construction procurement, strong vendor management skills, and the ability to efficiently manage inventory and store operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle procurement of construction materials, equipment, and consumables.
Identify, negotiate, and maintain relationships with local and regional vendors.
Source materials at competitive prices while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Manage purchase orders, quotations, and supplier documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate store records.
Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure material availability.
Conduct periodic stock verification and prepare inventory reports.




Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
3–5 years of experience in procurement and store management within the construction industry.
Solid knowledge of construction materials and procurement processes.
Good network and knowledge of local vendors and suppliers.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/inventory management systems is preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
