Role Overview :

ServiceNow Developer/Consultant with strong expertise in Technology Service Management (TSM), CMDB, and ITSM modules. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow solutions to improve IT operations, service delivery, and CMDB data quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across TSM, CMDB, and ITSM modules.
- Configure and customize Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog processes.
- Develop and maintain CMDB architecture, CIs, CI relationships, and governance standards.
- Implement Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB health improvement initiatives.
- Build workflows, Flow Designer solutions, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
- Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise applications.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Support platform upgrades, patch testing,



and release management activities.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.

Technical Skills :

- REST API and SOAP Web Services development.
- IntegrationHub and Flow Designer.
- MID Server configuration and troubleshooting.
- Data Import Sets and Transform Maps.
- CMDB Data Model understanding.
- CI Classes and Relationships.
- CMDB Health Dashboard.
- Discovery and Service Mapping implementation.
- Data governance and reconciliation rules.

Soft Skills :

- Communication : Solid written and verbal English communication skills to document mapping logic and report risks clearly across remote teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in IRM/GRC, ITOM, ITAM, or SecOps modules.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, Discovery, or CMDB.
- Experience with Performance Analytics and Dashboard development.
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
