Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM/HAM Pro) . The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of overall IT experience and hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, customizing, and supporting ServiceNow HAM solutions.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of the hardware asset lifecycle, CMDB, CSDM, ITSM, Discovery, integrations, and enterprise asset management processes . This role requires strong technical capabilities along with excellent communication skills to work closely with architects,



business teams, process owners, and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM/HAM Pro) solutions.
- Implement and manage end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle processes, including procurement, receiving, inventory, allocation, refresh, retirement, and disposal.
- Work extensively with CMDB, CSDM, ITSM, Discovery, Procurement, and Asset Management workflows .
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using:
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- Script Includes
- UI Actions
- ACLs
- Glide APIs
- Build and maintain workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub .
- Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Import Sets, and Transform Maps .
- Configure and manage stockrooms, inventory processes, asset audits, model normalization, compliance tracking, and reconciliation activities.
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise tools such as SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Ariba, SAP, Oracle , and other third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize ServiceNow platform performance.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Process Owners,



and Client Stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, ITAM governance, audit controls, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute throughout the complete development lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills
- 12+ years of overall IT experience with a strong background in ServiceNow development.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM / HAM Pro implementation and development .
