Expected Scope of work / Responsibilities:
- Planning and execution of two major ServiceNow platform releases during the year
- Coordination of migration activities between different instances
- Validation of deployment packages, update sets and configuration changes
- Performing release testing and ensuring system stability after deployment
- Supporting teams during release windows and resolving deployment issues
- Preparing release documentation and change records
- Monitoring system performance and ensuring successful completion of release activities
- Participation in release planning meetings and post-release review session
