Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement AI agents, Agentic AI /GenAI solutions for ITSM ITOM with ServiceNow.

Build and enhance ServiceNow applications and workflows across ITSM and ITOM.

Identify opportunities for automation, predictive insights, intelligent routing, and self-service.

Collaborate with business, operations, architecture, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Ensure solutions follow security, governance, performance, and ServiceNow development standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

Robust hands-on experience in AI, GenAI, machine learning, or intelligent automation.





Proven ServiceNow development experience, particularly across ITSM and ITOM modules.

Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, REST APIs, integrations, workflows, and Flow Designer.

Understanding of ITIL processes, Change, Incident, Problem, Knowledge Management, CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and service operations.

Strong analytical, design thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and communication skills

ServiceNow and relevant AI certifications are desirable.
