Service Engineer Experience: Freshers can be considered Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation, commissioning, demonstration and servicing of equipment. Attend breakdown, calibration, service and lab-shifting calls. Handle customer service queries and spare requirements.
Coordinate with HO/customers for repairs, spares, PO, invoice and payments. Maintain service reports, stock records and calibration schedules. Generate revenue through AMC, service calls, calibration and spare sales.
RequirementsITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical or Instrumentation . Knowledge of temperature, pH, humidity, pressure, vacuum, gases, clean-room calibration, electrical and pipette calibration. HVAC, autoclave and microscope knowledge will be an added advantage.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and regional languages . Willingness to travel extensively.
