We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to manage customer vehicle service requirements and coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely and quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service/repair requirements.
- Prepare job cards, service estimates, and repair orders.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff.
- Explain repairs, costs, and service timelines to customers.
- Provide regular updates on vehicle service status.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and proper documentation.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promote periodic maintenance and additional service requirements.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and service revenue targets.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor preferred.
- Good knowledge of automotive systems and servicing.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Valuable computer knowledge and ability to use service/workshop software.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
