We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding their vehicle service requirements, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring a smooth service experience from vehicle reception to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Inspect and document vehicle complaints and service requirements.
- Prepare service estimates and explain the required work to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and monitor the progress of repair and service jobs.
- Keep customers updated regarding job status, additional repairs, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure vehicles are properly inspected before delivery.
- Maintain accurate service records and related documentation.
- Handle customer queries and resolve service-related concerns professionally.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive service role.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of automobile service and repair procedures.
- Experience working in an automobile dealership/service centre will be an added advantage.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians and customers.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
