We are hiring Server Support L2 role with 10+ years of Experience with the below Hands on experience.

Looking for Immediate joiners max from 15 to 20 days

Diploma, BE and BTech graduates only will be hired

(Technical round will be in virtual and final level will be direct walk in)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot server hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
- Provision, configure, and maintain infrastructure in Azure and AWS environments.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policies (GPO), ADFS, Azure AD, and identity management services.
- Manage infrastructure services such as DNS, DHCP, and directory services.
- Support and administer Office 365, email servers, and mail relay systems.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot backup solutions (Veeam Backup & Replication).
- Perform backup monitoring, restore testing, and ensure compliance with DR policies.
- Apply OS and application patches and ensure compliance across servers.
- Administer (VDI, MFA, and secure remote access).
- Ensure secure access and endpoint compliance for remote users.
- Ensure system security, access control, and compliance adherence.
- Coordinate with network/security teams for secure configurations.
- Maintain file shares, storage systems, and access permissions.
- Maintain accurate inventory of server hardware and software assets. Manage privileged access,



authentication policies, and RBAC models.
- Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and technical support.
- Ensure smooth functioning of UAT and Production environments.
- Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to users and IT teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on incident, problem, and change management.
- Automate tasks such as server provisioning, patch deployment, monitoring integration, and health checks.

Monitoring & Operational Support

- Monitor infrastructure using tools such as Datadog, Observability,Dynatrace, or Azure/AWS
- Investigate and resolve alerts, events, and performance issues.
- Support 24x7 operational environments and critical incident response.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring infrastructure issues.

Technical Proficiency

- Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD / Entra ID, Hybrid Identity, Okta
- Virtualization: Microsoft Hyper-V, Accops or any (VDI / MFA / Gateway)
- Cloud: Microsoft Azure, Azure Virtual Machines, AWS
- Patch Management: WSUS, SCCM / MECM
- Automation: PowerShell scripting
- Monitoring Tools: SolarWinds, SCOM, Zabbix, Dynatrace, Azure

Certifications

- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
- ITIL Foundation
