About the Role

We’re looking for an SEO Team Lead to manage our SEO team and drive SEO, AEO & GEO strategies to improve organic visibility, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team.
- Plan and execute SEO, AEO & GEO strategies.
- Manage projects, timelines, tasks, and team deliverables.
- Delegate work and monitor team performance.
- Oversee technical, on-page, off-page, and content SEO.
- Track performance, rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Coordinate with content, development, and marketing teams.
- Stay updated with Google algorithms and AI search trends.

Requirements

- 3 years of SEO experience with team/project management exposure.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, AEO & GEO.
- Experience with GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
