Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SEO Project Manager to manage end-to-end SEO, AEO, GEO projects for multiple clients and ensure successful, timely, and high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical SEO, AEO, GEO, client communication, project management, and team coordination. This role requires someone who can understand client business objectives, develop effective SEO strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and drive measurable improvements in organic performance.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Project Management

- Manage end-to-end SEO projects for multiple clients across different industries.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with client business objectives.
- Plan project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve delays or bottlenecks.
- Ensure all SEO deliverables meet defined quality standards and deadlines.
- Take ownership of project performance and overall client success.

Client Management & Communication

- Communicate directly with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and SEO requirements.
- Build and maintain robust, long-term professional relationships with clients.
- Present SEO strategies, recommendations, performance updates, and growth opportunities.
- Handle client queries and concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Translate SEO data and technical concepts into explicit, business-focused recommendations.

SEO, AEO & GEO

- Develop and oversee On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, Local, AEO, and GEO strategies.
- Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, content gap analysis, and backlink analysis.
- Improve visibility across Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI-powered search platforms.
- Work on AI visibility, citations, brand mentions,



entity optimization, and authoritative references.
- Monitor organic traffic, rankings, conversions, backlinks, citations, and AI search visibility.

Team Management & Coordination

- Lead, mentor, and coordinate with SEO Executives, SEO Specialists, Content Writers, Developers, and other digital marketing teams.
- Allocate tasks based on project priorities, team capabilities, and timelines.
- Review deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and strategic alignment.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure teams remain aligned with project objectives.
- Support team members in resolving complex SEO and project-related challenges.

Reporting & Process Improvement

- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly SEO performance reports.
- Analyze performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search trends, AEO/GEO developments, and SEO best practices.
- Develop SOPs and scalable workflows to improve team and project efficiency.

Process Improvement

- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, search trends, SEO technologies, and industry best practices.
- Identify gaps and bottlenecks in existing SEO processes.
- Develop and implement SOPs, workflows, and scalable project management processes.
- Continuously improve project execution, team productivity, and quality standards.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities across existing client accounts.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–7 years of SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, AEO & GEO.
- Experience managing multiple SEO projects and client accounts.
- Strong client communication, project management, and team coordination skills.
- Understanding of AI search visibility, citations, entity optimization, and digital authority.
- Proficiency in Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
