From brand films and digital video ads to social media reels and /n long-form, you’ll bring stories to life with sharp editing, motion graphics, sound design, /n and post-production polish. /n /n While your core responsibility will be editing, you should also have a good understanding /n of videography to support shoots when needed. You’ll work closely with our in-house /n creatives — writers, designers,



and DOPs — to ensure the final output is not just visually /n appealing but also aligned with business objectives. /n /n Additionally, you must have hands-on experience in AI video generation using tools like /n VEO 3, Sora, or other AI platforms. You’ll be responsible for owning the end-to-end AI /n content generation process — from creating ad films, voiceovers, and visuals to helping /n team members get proficient with AI tools. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n ● Edit video content across various formats. /n ● Refine footage with cutting, color correction, sound design, transitions, and motion /n graphics. /n ● Interpret scripts and creative briefs to build engaging visual narratives. /n ● Support on video shoots when needed (camera operation, lighting setup, framing). /n ● Add motion elements (text overlays, animated graphics, effects) to enhance /n storytelling. /n ● Ensure platform-specific edits are optimized for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. /n ● Maintain organized project files, backups, and versioning workflows. /n ● Collaborate with the creative team on timelines, creative direction, and revisions. /n ● Edit raw footage into polished videos that align with project objectives, brand /n guidelines, and target audience preferences. /n ● Enhance videos with graphics, animations, sound effects, and music to elevate the /n overall production value.



/n ● Generate and edit AI-based videos using tools like VEO 3, Sora, or similar platforms. /n ● Take full ownership of AI-driven video creation — including visuals, voiceovers, and /n image generation. /n ● Support and guide the creative team in editing and leveraging AI tools for video /n production. /n /n Requirements /n ● 2–4 years of experience in video editing, preferably in an agency or /n content-focused brand setup. /n ● Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, /n Final Cut Pro, or similar programs. /n ● Solid understanding of post-production workflows, storytelling, pacing, and /n transitions. /n ● Experience with color grading, audio balancing, and creating platform-ready final /n exports. /n ● Basic knowledge of camera gear, lighting, and on-set best practices. /n ● Ability to take feedback constructively, mentor the team, and make quick /n turnarounds. /n ● Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work /n under tight deadlines. /n ● A portfolio showcasing a range of editing work across formats is mandatory. /n ● Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements. /n ● Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools (VEO 3, Sora, Runway, or /n similar). /n ● Ability to integrate AI workflows seamlessly into the video production pipeline. /n /n Nice-to-Have /n ● Familiarity with AI-based or other collaborative editing tools. /n ● Experience working in rapid-paced environments with multiple deadlines. /n ● Knowledge of current trends in video formats, transitions, and digital storytelling. /n ● Interest in exploring emerging GenAI tools for creative video production.
