We're Hiring | Senior Textile Designer /n At ANI Clothing, we are looking for a Senior Textile Designer with an eclectic artistic sensibility and a distinctive visual language to bring ANI's creative vision to life through textiles. /n Working closely with the Creative Head, you will translate collection concepts into original print stories, ensuring every artwork reflects the brand's aesthetic and attention to detail. /n /n About the Role - /n Print Development /n Develop original print artworks based on collection concepts and creative direction. /n Create placement prints, engineered prints, repeat patterns, borders, motifs, and surface graphics. /n Work across hand-painted, illustrated, mixed-media, and digital artwork techniques. /n Build and maintain seasonal print libraries and artwork archives. /n /n Research & Design Development /n Conduct visual research across art, textiles, architecture, craft, travel, nature, and culture. /n Expand collection themes through artwork explorations and print development. /n Present artwork concepts and print options for review and refinement. /n /n Production & Vendor Coordination /n Prepare production-ready artwork with accurate repeats, scaling, colourways, and technical specifications. /n Coordinate with print vendors through sampling and bulk production. /n Review strike-offs, colour approvals, and sample developments to maintain quality standards. /n Manage timelines and resolve technical print-related challenges.



/n /n Team Management /n Lead and mentor the Assistant Textile Designer. /n Delegate research, artwork refinements, technical artwork preparation, and sampling tasks. /n Foster a collaborative, detail-oriented, and creatively driven work workplace. /n /n Skills &

Qualifications /n 5–6+ years of experience in textile or print design within premium, contemporary, or luxury fashion. /n Exceptional illustration and artwork development skills across traditional and digital mediums. /n Strong understanding of print repeats, engineered placements, colourways, and textile production processes. /n Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. /n Experience working with digital, screen, pigment, and other textile printing techniques. /n Strong project management, vendor coordination, and organizational skills. /n /n We're Looking For Someone Who /n Has an eclectic, eccentric, and highly artistic design aesthetic. /n Can translate creative direction into original and commercially viable textile artwork. /n Draws inspiration from art, culture, travel, architecture, craft, and nature. /n Has a strong eye for colour, composition, texture, and storytelling through prints. /n Enjoys collaboration, creative feedback, and mentoring junior designers. /n Takes ownership of projects from concept development through final production. /n /n Apply by sending your portfolio and CV to: [email protected]
