Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound and handling inbound calls, explaining products or services, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales or service targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.

- Explain company products and services clearly.

- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.

- Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.

- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/customer databases.

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call or sales targets.

- Coordinate with the sales and support teams for customer requirements.

- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during customer interactions. (WeCP)





Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in english

- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

- Valuable listening and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.

- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

- Problem-solving and customer service skills. (NeoDove)

Qualifications:

- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.

- Prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome. (factoHR)
