About Modern Code Solutions

Modern Code Solutions is an IT and digital solutions company providing services such as Website Development, WordPress Development, E-commerce Development, SEO and Digital Marketing.

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Telecaller / Sales Executive to join our remote sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses.
- Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups and online sources.
- Understand client requirements and business needs.
- Explain our website development, SEO and digital marketing services.
- Identify qualified prospects and convert them into customers.
- Follow up with potential clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings with interested clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical team.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients.

Requirements
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree is mandatory.
- 1–5 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Sales,



Business Development, BPO or Lead Generation.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Confident while communicating with potential clients over phone calls.
- Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp and internet.
- Experience in B2B sales or IT services sales will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently from home.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
- Must have a laptop/computer, smartphone and reliable internet connection.

Salary & Incentives
- ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and performance.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with experience in IT sales, website sales, digital marketing sales, B2B sales, lead generation or business development will be preferred.
